
Yes, these s'mores cupcakes taste as good as they look. An ingenious idea which I could never have come up with myself, but jumped at the thought of trying them out. With a decadent chocolate cupcake base, topped with buttery graham cracker crumbs and piped on the top with a sweet meringue which is lightly toasted in the oven..... there is no word other than.... perfection. They were as fun to make as they were to eat!
